However, I think the broader idea of how to be successful with social media, whether it be Digg, Reddit, Twitter, Pinterest or whatever's coming out tomorrow, is a lot more important. It's been a month since we launched the Digg Newsrooms beta and we're getting used to the new ride. So far we've seen good things. Unique visitors to Digg have increased, Newsroom traffic has grown by 4x and visitors coming to a news story via Facebook and Twitter are returning on a regular basis to find interesting stories. But like any beta, we want to iterate on a number of things to get them right. Specifically in helping readers discover content they care about.
