How to clean up your act and your timeline on Twitter
In this day and age, it's probably fair to say that we're all aware of the value of Twitter - both on an interpersonal level and in a business context - so I'll spare you the "why everyone should be on Twitter" blurb. Those 'in the know' will know that following the right people is important in terms of reaching out to an appropriate audience - those it will benefit you to interact with and who will share your tweets with their followers.

Poll: What Are the Most Important Factors That Make a Blog Post go Viral?
Over the past few weeks I've been surprised to see some really great posts struggle to gain any momentum, as well as seeing some really crap posts do surprisingly well in terms of being shared by a large audience. How to Use the New Delicious for Link Sharing
Bookmarks are now links . The artist formerly known as social bookmarking site Delicious.com has been relaunched by the new owners Avos , run by the former founders of YouTube. The new site is clean, simple and image oriented. Obviously Delicious has learned from the many image bookmarking sites out there that have sprung all over the Web in the recent years. On the other hand the new site focuses on social sharing and commenting as well.

When SEO appears on The Archers'
'There can be no further doubt that it's mainstream. Yes, a discussion around search engine optimisation has featured on never-ending Radio 4 farming-community soap opera The Archers. You're probably wondering why I would know this. The answer is that, being prematurely middle aged enough to refer to the radio as "the wireless", I am also middle aged )and countrified( enough to tune into The Archers from time to time )I don't follow it religiously or anything,

Top 10 Retail SEO Mistakes UK Brands Are Still Making
Last week I asked on Twitter to see what common SEO mistakes were still being made by retail websites. This received a great response, so I thought I'd share the top replies with our readers. 30 Google SERP Changes That Impact Your SEO Strategy
* Just a few years ago SEO was really simple . You had to be in the top 10 or rather in the top 3 for relevant keywords. Then the traffic came and with it the leads, sales or whatever you wished. Today there is no real top 10 anymore . Even if you are at #1 in the organic search results, you might be below the "fold" so that users have to scroll to see your site on the Google search results page aka SERP .

All reports should ideally include metrics from both on-site and off-site activity, providing the client with a clear understanding of what improvement has been made.
